Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all parts of the UK and the European Union as well as the United States, Canada and Australia. We aim to dispatch your parcel(s) the same day except at weekends and bank holidays. Payment must be made before 3pm that day. We use Royal mail to send out all our parcels.
Delivery times may take longer during busy periods such as Bank Holidays or the busy Christmas period.

Returns & Replacements
We're happy to exchange the goods or refund your money if the goods are faulty. However, if the goods are not faulty and you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, if the goods have been opened, then we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for hygiene reasons. To return an item to us, all you have to do is package the products carefully, include the delivery note and a brief note telling us why you are returning the goods. Pay the postage costs, (use a recorded delivery service for this). We will then refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or if the goods were faulty. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or if you prefer, exchange the items for other products in our shop. An email will be sent to you confirming your return information when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If you don’t have your delivery note, then please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights . Should you choose to exchange a product that is not faulty then we will have to recharge you the original shipping costs. This is a real cost to our company and not a profit therefore the postage to resend goods to you will need to be charged. Please see postal charges for further information.
Items that require customisation such as adding a name or saying are non-returnable unless there is an error in the customisation on our part.

You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. Postage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
We use 256 bit secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Using secure payment gateways by Sagepay or Paypal. Our payment partners process all credit / debit card payments securely. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate, where applicable.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
By creating an account with us before placing an order, or when checking out, you can keep track of all orders you have placed with ourselves. In order to do this, log into your account with the username/email address and password you used to setup the account. You will then be able to access your account details, change your information and view past orders.
Updating Account Information
You can at any time update or amend the information in your account. To do so, log in with the email and password you used to create the account. From your account screen you can update your delivery address, email, contact details.
